Frequently asked questions
I use CoifPro offline. Do I lose my data?
No. Export your backup from the offline version (Settings › Data), then load it in the online version: customers, services, products, team, appointments and sales are all imported.
Can my stylists see the revenue?
Only if you decide so. Each staff member has their own code and only sees the screens you open to them.
I am not VAT-registered.
Set VAT to 0 % in the settings and your tickets carry the matching mention.
When am I charged?
At the end of the free trial: 14 days on the monthly plan, 2 months on the yearly plan. Cancel before and you pay nothing.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes: open a demo, in euros or in FCFA. It deletes itself after two days.
Where is my data?
